Delivery

How much is delivery?

Orders up to 25kg - £9.95 inc. VAT
Orders over 25kg - £39.95 inc. VAT

FREE delivery is applied to sample tiles/mosaics and on orders of £250 and over including VAT (Exclusions may apply on these prices, Express Delivery is exempt from this).

When will my delivery arrive?

As a standard part of our service, we aim to deliver between 3-7 working days. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be processed on the following working day. You will be informed of when we anticipate your delivery between 24-48 hours.

It is possible that in some cases we would be awaiting production and in this event we will do our best to fully update you of the progress of your order.

You are welcome to fill in a chosen day (Monday – Friday) in the "Additional Notes/Instructions" box at the checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee dates. Please call us first if you need to arrange a special delivery eg. am or pm on a certain day as this service will incur an additional charge.

We do not recommend that you book a tiler in anticipation of arrival of the goods, but you should receive and inspect the goods first.

If you are from outside the UK mainland (Highlands and Islands), please call +44(0)1425 621173 before ordering. In the event that an order is placed online from these areas the following will apply:

All offshore postcodes and customers in Scotland in the following mainland postcodes, PA, DD, PH, IV, KW, KA, AB, prior to delivery may be contacted for an additional delivery charge, depending on the nature of the order. In these areas, our standard service may be extended.

Can I collect my order from the showroom?

This will depend on the nature of the order, if you would like to use this option, please check with us before placing your order.

How will my delivery arrive?

Samples will be sent by First Class Post.
All other orders will be sent by courier/tail lift van. We regret that due to insurance restraints the driver will be unable to help with the off loading and cannot handle goods into a property. It will be dropped off kerbside or at the nearest point of hard standing. Please ensure that you make arrangements for assistance if needed.

In some cases, goods may arrive separately according to the stock location of the goods at the point of ordering.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, it is necessary to sign for your order. Please note that your signature indicates to us that you have received and checked the quantities and products and have confirmed that all is present and correct.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

The driver will not leave the tiles without a signature. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge will be incurred.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

Yes, we use a specialist freight company for this service; however this will be subject to price on application. Time delays will be incurred due to the distance and shipping routes. Please call us on +44(0)1425 621173 before ordering.
