Atlas Ceramics Raises £1030.74 For The Alzheimers Society
Atlas Ceramics have been raising money lately for The Alzheimer’s Society, with a cheque for £1030.74 being handed over to the charity this week.
Andy Kendall, a representative from the charity, visited the Atlas Ceramics offices in New Milton, Hampshire, to receive the cheque.
Atlas Ceramics’ fundraising was a result of multiple efforts. The online tile retailer held their annual barbecue earlier this year, where suppliers, local business owners and customers all visit and contribute towards the fundraising efforts.
This is the fourth year in a row that Atlas Ceramics have been raising money for The Alzheimer’s Society. Last year the New Milton based company raised over £700, making this years £1030.74 total a new record and one that the company are hoping to top in 2020.
Mike Head, director at Atlas Ceramics, said the company have been passionate about helping to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society and will match they money raised up to £1500.
